About these terms

These terms describe use of the SHINGLE HAUS LLC website and our customer text-messaging program. You may contact us about roofing, inspections, exterior services, and Christmas lighting without enrolling in text messages.

Customer text messages

When you expressly opt in to receive text messages from SHINGLE HAUS LLC, you agree to receive messages related to your inquiry or requested services. These may include answers to questions, inspection scheduling, appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, and project updates.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a phone number by itself does not constitute consent to marketing text messages. These terms do not enroll you in text messaging.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, and project activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out and get help

Reply STOP to a text message to opt out of that messaging program at any time. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To receive messages again, provide a new opt-in.

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

See our Privacy Policy for information about customer information, mobile numbers, and text-messaging consent. SHINGLE HAUS LLC does not share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Estimates and appointments

Website information and preliminary estimates are for general guidance. Final pricing, scope of work, scheduling, warranties, and payment terms are established in the applicable project estimate or agreement. An inquiry or requested appointment time does not by itself confirm a booking or authorize work.
